How can I download an ebook?

This is very easy! You will be prompted to download our products directly from the order confirmation screen, after you have sent payment, giving you immediate access to the content. You may need to wait for up to 30 seconds for the link to appear but you will see a loading graphic when they ebook’s link is loading. Equally, you shall receive a link to download via email too. This will be to any email address you nominate when you purchase the ebook. This is very helpful if you wish to download to other devices.

Can I download to multiple devices?

Yes you can download to multiple devices, as aided by our email download link but please note that some devices do not allow automatic download from email. You may need to download to desktop or laptop and transfer over. All of our ebooks are PDF based so you can read on any device which allows PDF files.

How can I pay?

You can pay using all mainstream cards and payment systems including: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Please note that we have an SLL certificate and encrypted checkout powered by Stripe which is a reliable payment system ensuring that third parties, as well as ourselves, shall not be able to view your full card details providing you with peace of mind to shop with us today.

Can I share the content?

You may share in the same way you would be expected to share a hardcopy book. Strictly, you may not make one or multiple copies of our products as the copyright is protected against fraud. You certainly can’t upload for public use or sell on in any way of form. You may share from your device in private with friends and family only.

Can I get a refund?

Sorry we cant get a refund for digital/ e-bocks, one times you have it downloaded its out of our control, you can do copys or print, to sell our e-bocks to friends and maybe your customers isn`t allowed.

By all other products you can get a 100% refund so long the product is un open and un used. We have the right to refuse refunds if we discover that an products sent to you have been copied. please do it behind 7 days.

Can I cancel my subscription for workout?

Yes of course, remember some course are on yearly based plan so think about that, in case you cancel you will loosing the access.

Can I cancel my subscription for supplements?

Yes its possible, some products on a quarterly reduced prices, so when you later ordering again you have to  pay the full amount.
