what we doing, where are we going....

hello and welcome by helly and Sue, the first what i will explain here is we will close the website, " Yes its a joke " the access in the future is only for members, all members can download the training plans and use them freely. each member has the opportunity to order a personal plan after a training period of 2 months. Why am I doing this? Everyone here knows themselves best. i.e. are you a beginner or are you in pain you will find here and there i am sure the simplest plans that will help you right from the start. ( if you have serious health problems, contact your doctor first. ) you don't have to start with weight lifting, even i have started with simple walks again after a long break. start with what you like, what you enjoy, only then will it motivate you to go deeper into the training. if you are not sure write to me or to Sue both of us and our team are 100% there for you.
